Ordering & Payment
When is my order officially confirmed?
Your order is confirmed only once we receive the full balance by the due date shown on your invoice.
Can I cancel or modify my order after payment?
No. Once the order is paid in full, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed.
When does the processing of my order begin?
Orders begin processing 24 hours after full payment is received—not when you receive the invoice.
Can I make changes to the cake after payment?
The date of your final payment is also the last day to request changes to size, style, or flavor. Any requests after that may not be accepted and could incur extra fees.
Will my cake match the inspiration image exactly?
No. Inspiration images are for reference only. We strive for a similar style but cannot guarantee exact matches in design, color, writing, or decoration.
Can I request a chargeback after receiving the cake?
No. By accepting the order (delivery or pickup), you agree to waive the right to a chargeback via your bank or credit card provider.
Delivery & Pickup
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes. Delivery and setup depend on the venue and are included in the final price if applicable.
Who is responsible for the cake after delivery or pickup?
Once the cake is delivered and set up, or picked up, all responsibility passes to you. Ensure a sturdy table and a cool environment, especially for tiered cakes.
What if I decide to pick up and set up the cake myself?
You take full responsibility for the cake's condition once it leaves our bakery.
Decorations & Flowers
Can you place fresh flowers on the cake?
Yes, for an additional fee. However, please note that fresh flowers are not food products and may contain dirt, insects, or pesticides.
Can I provide my own cake topper or decorations?
Yes, but please inform us in advance. Decorations must be clean, stable, and food-safe.
Allergies & Ingredients
Are your products allergen-free?
No. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. It’s your responsibility to inform your guests of any potential risks.
Photography & Usage
Will you take photos of my cake?
Yes. We may photograph your cake for promotional purposes and reserve the right to use these images without compensation.
Returns & Liability
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Not after payment. We do not offer refunds unless there's an agreement in advance due to exceptional circumstances.
What if my event is affected by external issues?
We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill your order due to events beyond our control (e.g., labor strikes, natural disasters, or accidents).
General Questions
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order 2 to 4 weeks in advance, especially for weddings or custom-tiered cakes.
Do you offer cake tastings?
Yes! Tastings are available by appointment in our Fairfax showroom. Use our query form to request one.
Can I get a digital mock-up of the cake design?
Not usually. We work from reference images and written descriptions, and our decorators personalize each cake during creation.
Do you deliver outside of Los Angeles?
Depending on the distance and order size, yes. Contact us directly for availability and a custom quote.
